I Feel So Weak

I've have a bad streak if luck with getting hurt... first I break my toe right before the Crossfit Mid-Atlantic Regionals and then about 4 weeks later, I severely pull out my back from deadlifting. That was about 6 weeks ago, and I haven't worked out since.
So my back FINALLY starts to feel better and I venture down to NC with my box owner to visit a friend... I'm in Mooresville, its THE GAMES weekend and I am FINALLY ready to do this...
Not wanting to "go big or go home" like I normally would, and not having a car to take me to the local box (hey its Crossfit, you don't always need equipment), I decide to do a slightly varied version of "Death by... Burpees."Climb up for 10 minutes, then back down (on the minute) and then "cash out" with 10 burpees (what's 10 more when you just did 110???)
Let me just say (and I am NOT complaining at all) that "out of shape" is not even a way to start describing how I performed... Oh I finished, but I crashed... big time.
I knew that I lost my endurance (what I had of it, Chipper WOD's are NOT my strength) and I knew I lost my strength... but holy freaking cow, this "Road to Recovery" is going to be a challenge!!! And you better believe that I am up for it....
Regionals 2012.. here I come!!!!!!!
